"If I could give zero stars, I would. Approximately a month ago, I paid $1,800 for brake and rotor replacements. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the real problems emerged later. A month after the service, I tried to change my car's coolant and found that the hood wouldn't open. I had not attempted to open it since the repairs. I took the car to Firestone, and after a few hours of inspecting the car, they informed me that they were unable to fix the issue and suggested taking it to the dealership. This left me frustrated, considering that the hood problem arose immediately after their service. Despite my displeasure, I reluctantly agreed to take it to the dealership. Upon retrieving my car, I discovered a new problem – a malfunctioning right low beam. I immediately raised these concerns with Jeremy at Firestone, and he dismissed any connection to their work, attributing the light issue to a burnout. I strongly believe the right side of my hood was mishandled during their attempts to open it, causing the light malfunction to occur. It's disheartening that Firestone refuses to acknowledge their role in this problem. I want to emphasize my complete dissatisfaction with their service. Firestone not only failed to resolve the issue but also created new ones. I will never return, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering their services, as it would be a major mistake."

"Called on phone for headlight bulb for Mercury Milan car which needed replacement. Being longtime member they had history of all work done on our cars. Cameron at desk took info and mentioned that he would order the bulb and it would be an hour to get it. I Called back and get it replaced after bringing the car to the shop that evening. Reasonable pricing and good service by the mechanic."

"Location was dirty and rundown. Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I also paid for the car care package to have a noise checked. Was told my battery was almost dead but they never checked the alternator to see if that could cause the battery issue. That is what should have been included in the car care package. I was given an invoice of work that needed to be done which was totally different than the location I used to go to in Charlotte, NC. I trusted them and used them for years. The shops were up to date with professional and knowledgeable employees. Always had me come out while the car was on the lift to see the issue myself. Never “huffed and puffed” when I questioned something. Anyway, they told me I needed work that costs more than what the car is likely worth. Will be taking it somewhere else. Maybe the other location is better."
