"Was passing through and i wished I kept on going, the Food was burnt, the manager Alex acted at first like he didn't want to give me a refund. I lived 40 minutes from them and only went so I could get dinner after my daughter's hair appointment. I asked for light sauce they put no sauce on the pizza and then stuck in the oven. So you can guess what happened it burnt up."

"Seems fine to me, not sure why everyone is complaining about things the store can't control. Witnessed a guy arguing with a team member about an online only deal he wanted but wouldn't do himself. Food was fine, Service was pleasant. Syed was friendly. Restroom could use a good clean, though."

"I desperately hope that the interim GM (and eventual new GM) can get this place on track. They are failing in every aspect of customer service and food preparation. My most recent order was made with pineapple that had gone sour (go ahead and judge us for having pineapple on the pizza... it had started fermenting). Ordinarily this should be a quick call, and a new pizza on the way. That also assumes that the store answers their phones. We placed the order through the app. So after multiple calls to the customer service line, waiting on hold at the restaurant for over 30 minutes, and eventually giving up (with the promise that we would hear from someone in leadership withing 3 business days), we grumpily went about the rest of our day. To her credit, the interim GM has reached out to me, refunded our order, and seems to have a desire to get them back on track. I can only say that we all hope so too. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day, busy day, or whatever happened on Sunday. This is unfortunately not the first, second, or even third time we've had an awful experience at this location in Severn, MD. We just like Pizza Hut so much, that we keep hoping for better. I'll update of anything changes."

"Hungry family of six. Ordered pizza and was delivered cold, uncooked, and falling apart. Pasta was still partially frozen. Store would not pick up the phone when trying to call and no voicemail to leave a message. Will never order from this store again"
