"Hot tint replaced the speakers in my 2018 Mustang. I am satisfied with the quality of work that was done. However, the customer service has a lot of room for improvement. Staff acted is if they wanted me out of the building as quickly as possible and overall seemed miserable to be working. My wife even commented that she heard how rude the staff was to another customer while she was waiting outside. Would recommend them if quality and speed is all you are looking for. As for me I will be looking elsewhere if I need any other work for my vehicle. Update....After my initial review I was reached out to by Hot Tint. They apologized for the poor customer service I experienced and assured me that my experience is not the norm. There were some extenuating circumstances that let my experience. As stated before, I was very happy with the overall outcome of the installation and that has not changed. If I need anymore work done to my vehicle I will definitely give them another chance."

"Tints we’re done fast and accordingly. They came out looking great. There was was some smears and bubbles still left on the windows but they said it should come out in a few days or a week at most. It was done in a hour and half. I got the mid grade tints all around the car and front windshield for $340. 15% on the sides and back and 28% on the front windshield."
