"Needed service for my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT truck for routine maintenance. Found Koons Tyson online, made my appointment for the next morning. The check in process was smooth, was introduced to my service advisor “Khalid” who took care of me from A-Z. There is a small cafe beside the service department if you feel the need for a snack, drink, etc. Prices were a little high, I got a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on toast with a bottle of water, it was $10.30 (ouch). While waiting for my truck to get a diagnostic check up, I walked around the parking lot, and showroom. I was approached by at least 5-7 employees asking if I needed assistance or if I had any questions on new or used cars for purchase. All employees were friendly and courteous in answering any questions or concerns I had. After less than an hour, Khalid was able to give me a complete diagnosis of what my car needed from bumper to bumper. We were able to agree on the level of work needed, and I was offered a Chevy Equinox loaner car to drive for the day. Less than 12 hours later I received a call from Khalid that my truck was ready. I was able to pay by bill online which I was sent a text ahead of my arrival at the dealership. The entire process at Koons Tyson was a true 1st rate professional job! I would recommend anyone looking for service of their GMC, Chevy, Buick to check them out, you won’t be disappointed."
