"I honestly don’t like to review based on person but this time I was a little frustrated. David Turcios was helping me out my last 2-3 visit, and I really don’t know why he has an attitude to me. Every time I bring my car, he act like he is paying my service fees from his own pocket. I have been using Tysons Koons Toyota last 7-8 years and so far from new and used car sales department doing excellent job but I wouldn’t say the same thing about the Service department. Thanks to Crystal who is the manager of service area, she solved my problems and explained everything very nicely. Piece of mind.. they don’t report your vehicle’s service records to the CarFax, if you’re my type of guy, maybe you’d want to know that. We got a brand new Camry at 2018 and got serviced every 10k thru them since the first day, guess what? After driving over 100k there is not even a single report on the vehicle’s service history report that we were expecting to see."
