"I drove from Hanover ,Pa.to have my service and warranty work done here . My experience was outstanding the service was outstanding, and the work again outstanding. These guys get A+ for getting the job done . I have to mention that my body shop estimator, Matt Tait Was one of the most Thorough at his job, along with being very helpful, informative, respectful, and most professional fellow that I have ever worked with. Seeing me through the process from start to finish. I contacted the shop manager Andrew directly he immediately picked up and Greeted me then proceeded to start off the conversation, making sure that I was happy with the work and service ! "I had to take my car to the dealership for repairs following a hit-and-run incident. Unfortunately, my personal experience with the dealership was not satisfactory. Communication was lacking, and I felt that the job they did on my car was not up to par. In comparison, my client's father was able to get his car back within a couple of days with additional work done, and they even washed it and applied tire shine. On the other hand, it took a month for me to get my car back, despite having good insurance. While they did wash my car, they neglected to put tire shine on all the tires, which was a significant detail for me. I believe that this extra effort on their part was important. Given my long-standing relationship with this dealership, I had expected a smoother experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case."
