Blaze Pizza

"At the Blades Pizza in Laurel, I had 250 points I went in to get a build room pizza and I explained to them that I wanted to use my points for the pizza. I scanned for the pizza it took the points the lady told me I needed to pay for the pizza, so therefore I got charged twice for that pizza she didn’t clarify that I used my points for the pizza. Smh: when I came into blaze Pizza to show them that this is what happened I showed them my account and that all my points was gone and he said I need to contact Blaze Pizza and explain to them what happened."

"If I could give 6 stars for service I would. The guy who was cutting my pizza put barbecue sause instead of Buffalo sauce in it. They immediately apologized, told me to take that pizza with the barbecue sauce and when I was ready they would remake the pizza free of charge. This was done automatically. That is how you take care of your customers. I'll be back."

"Great costumer service....even better tasting pizza. I also got a couple of chocolate chip cookies. The restaurant is very clean and manager very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon with my family."

I have been other blaze pizza and never had a bad experience but, this location had poor service and was very unorganized. For 3 people the worker had to be corrected because they had their AirPods in. Then my pizza was cut very poorly as weee the rest of the people’s orders in my group."

"Fast, friendly service. Price point is correct for quality of product. Pizzas used to have a thicker crust, but flavor is still good. Plenty of toppings so you can essentially create any style of pizza you've desired, and size is appropriate for single serving. Plenty of varied seating but tables are bolted to floor. Can be problematic if sitting at booth with kids."
