Domino's Pizza

"I ordered my food as I always do the damn delivery driver drops my pizza on the ground didn't knock place in my hand. Which I have it specified to place in my hand, if she didn't want to come in the building she could have called and have me come to the door to get my pizza. when I looked out the door and she walking away as if she done a great job. I really want her fired this is terrible for the business esp. when I order from this location and have it delivered and they always hand me my pizza. She is not cut out for this type of work and does not need to be employed by your business, your going to receive a lot of complaints about her and the way she handles ppl food. I wish I had her name to report her to corporate. But I'm sure she will learn after this not to do this again."

"Horrible staff!! Ordered two pizzas online, said it would take 35 minutes. I get there 45 minutes after placing the order because I did not hear anything from the store. I was told one pizza still needed to be made but they were out of one topping. Changed the topping and was told it would be 10 minutes. Waited in my car then go back in to learn my order has been taken mistaking by the delivery driver!! And they claimed they could not give a refund??? Was told by one of the workers that if I didn't lower my voice (I was not yelling) he would go off on me. Never going back!!! Don't come here if you want food, you'll never get it."

"Order never delivered but they showed it as delivered. Over 1 hr on the phone only ringing and automated recorded. As I type I’m listening to the recording. Actually this call is 10mins in. As you can see in the pic almost 2 hrs later they were “in my neighborhood” but miraculously it was never delivered. After waiting over a hour for call pick up they picked up, ignored me saying hello then hung up. On this day the 10th of November 2023 Dominos made it clear they don’t want my business. Who am I to argue with them? I just need my refund."

"Delivery is routinely late but sometimes never arrives at all. They don't pick up the phone when you call, so you can't get a refund. And reporting an issue online only allows you to get a free pizza (because I'm definitely going to be ordering again...). So you just are throwing money away when you order."

"I ordered pizza last night when I opened the box it looked like the driver dropped the pizza n picked back up put it in the box. I called then asked for another pizza it was delivered but then after that I found a peace of hair in the box folded corners."
