"Absolutely awful. Placed an order and so far it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes with no delivery. Called 4 times and after being on hold, transferred multiple and promised a call back (which never happened) I was told to "give it a few minutes". Five minutes later I got a text that it would be delivered in 30 minutes. So that's 2 lies from the store. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE OR PIZZA HUT!"
"12/21/23 - Avoid. Horrible Food. Tried the Pizza Hit again & got food poisoning. Never again!! 6/9/2021 - Customer Service Reps do not listen to your order. I placed an order for plain breadsticks with no seasonings. Waited over 15 minutes for the order & the order was still wrong. The Customer Service Rep stated she was not sure about giving a refund & could fix another order of breadsticks & it will be ready in 2 minutes, at this point I have been in the store for 30 minutes. The General Manager arrived at the store & issued me a refund & apologize. The original Customer Service Rep was horrible!"
"Terrible service from this Pizza Hut. My order never showed up and the delivery driver lied saying he showed up and called my number. I waited outside 20 mins prior to my order delivery time. Refund will take 24 to 48 hours to post back to my account according to the manager Ephraim. Don’t use delivery. Pick your food up from the store yourself."
"Bad service and bad pizzas. Ordered at 5:38 PM and said it would take 15 minutes. Sent my son into the store at 6:05 PM and they could not find the order. When I went in, he was ready to give me someone else’s large box order! When I told him that was not what I had ordered, he went in the back and found my name and my two plain overcooked and burned cheese pizzas. By that time it was 6:15 PM. He argued that my son gave the wrong name and I laughed and said I think my son knows my name. Will not be going back to the store for a while. Tried to contact pizzahut through the app and it kicked me out every time. Disappointing - bad food and bad customer service."
"I ordered a big box today. This is the tackiest Pizza Hut experience ever. They LITERALLY served cold, hard, pizza and breadsticks. The boneless wings look like someone threw sauce on them. And then try had the nerve to put a half empty cup of marinara sauce in the box. Who is running this place? I want my money back."
