"We used this station for years and for several cars while Mr. Park owned the business. Now it is under new ownership and my recent experience was terrible. I asked them to get my car road ready for a long trip and to fix a noise in the air con / heating system. They had to pull out the dash and labor was the majority of the bill which came to $1,080. We left on our trip and several miles outside of town the heat stopped working altogether. We called “Steve” at Vienna Gas and he said they replaced the part that made the noise and it could be another bad part. really??? I spent 800 in labor and you didn’t check the system? It all just seemed so fishy to me. The system worked find except for a ‘noise’ and when I got it back it didn’t work. Steve’s attitude was ‘too bad’. I had to pay another $1,000 at a dealership in Alabama to have it fixed again and then another $2,000 at dealership in Tyson’s Corner. Somehow though this all started with the initial entry into that system by Vienna Gas and their refusal to take ownership of it. Vienna Gas and Auto made a fast buck on me here but in the long run it will cost. I will never go into this business again."
