"Customer service at its finest! We were passing through on our way to FL Keys and had a wheel failure on our trailer. Multiple fleet services couldn’t help, and by luck we were in walking distance to Schmitz. The entire team jumped into action and brought all the tools required to resolve the issue on the spot. Beyond that they made our emergency theirs and took ownership to get us back on the road with top priority. "I've had service done at this location several times, been satisfied with previous services provided til this past Friday had stopped by inquiring how much to install one lug nut and stud on a back tire purchased at an auto store, the guy at the counter blurted out it would cost anywhere from $145- $195 which requires taking off the tire and removing several other parts to beable to attach the lug nut and stud. I responded saying that's way too costly and know another shop who quoted only $49, the same guy blurted out then I should go there and good luck. I totally lost trust returning to this shop for any maintenance!! Huge rip offs, beaware!!"

"Really nice mechanics and pretty flexible with schedule. I called them asking if they could inspect a used car before I bought it the same day and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Furthermore, they did a thorough job inspecting the car and I felt comfortable buying it. Prices are comparable to mechanics in the area. Overall, would recommend!"
