Be responsive, over communicate, be punctual and most of all be an expert at whatever it is your doing. These guys nail all of it, and they’ve been doing it for years! I had a remote starter installed nearly 8 years ago by Kar Tunes that’s been flawless. Finally had my first problem after replacing a battery while on vacation in 100 degree heat. Did an hour worth of research trying different things including contacting the manufacturer of the remote starter, and got nowhere. The problem wasn’t related to their install at all, but they solved the problem anyway in just a few minutes from half way across the country."
