"The worst place you can ever go to in terms of customer service. Everyone is just mad to be breathing in that shop. Terrible service, crazy prices, long wait periods, and not even a single smile. The waiting area smells of urine, coffee, and tires. If I could leave 0 stars I would."
"The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. However, my vehicle was in the shop for an hour and a half and work was not completed. I used an online coupon for oil change with free rotation, and upon getting home I found that the rotation was not done at all. My invoice said it was and I was told it was done. This has now happened at two seperate locations. Rotations are an important part of ture maintenance, and to be lied to about it is unacceptable. So very doubtful I will return for any other work."
"I had a positive experience at this service center. Scott at the front desk was knowledgeable, trust worthy, and helpful. The service charges were reasonable. I had 4 tires replaced, balanced, and 4 wheel alignment done in about 1.5 hours while I waited in the lobby."
