"They picked up the phone and took the appointment and called me in a bout an hour. I have an older vehicle I've been trying to get aligned. Took it to jiffy lube yesterday, they only had a map gas torch. So they were only able to crack the jam nuts loose. Took it here today and when I got the call expecting the alignment to be done it's "we can't do it everything is siezed" really frustrating having my time wasted and being lied to. Then they didn't even bother to say have a nice day or apologize for the inconvenience and wasted time. Really pissed me off that my car was unlocked when I got back. At least they didn't leave the keys in it"
