"When Charlie was still working there things were good. He was honest, kind and cared about the customers. Now this place is under new ownership. All they want is your money! My husband went in for an oil change only. They told him that his SUV had a recall and they needed to do diagnostic testing to see what the problem was. Unbeknowst to him my husband wasn't told that he would be charged for the diagnostics. They only did an oil change, no other repairs. My husband left there paying double what he usually would pay. My husband called a local dealership inquiring about the recall. They told him that there wasn't any recalls on his vehicle. Because of their dishonesty we won't be back. And we will not recommend them. ****UPDATE:**** The manager called my husband and offered a refund on the diagnostic. Since it's their policy to let customers know up front the cost. Because they did the right thing, we will continue to do business with them."

"Awful experience. Unfortunately, after paying a hefty price to get my car "fixed," I am still having the same problem. The first time I tried picking my car up after having it "fixed" I couldn't even drive it off the lot! So they looked at it again I drove it home and within 24 hours I was having the same issue. Don't waste your money here as on top of my other repairs they were unable to fix something as simple as my door panel. To "fix" the panel they merely placed two clips at the top, although it is not sealed and exposes the inside wires. It is still hanging off and looks as though someone with no knowledge of cars fixed it. Additionally, after picking up my car my hood latch is broken. It was not broken prior to having my car fixed with this mechanic. I now have to pay to get the latch of my hood fixed, which is in addition to all of the money I've already spent to get my car "fixed." Please save yourself time and money by going to a mechanic who genuinely knows what they're doing. I will never go back to this establishment and DO NOT recommend it."
