"Helped me with a big dent in my door"

"Interesting that this place went out of business. They did work on my car in 2021 and it's all cracking, splitting and falling apart. Above and beyond the horrible work, they put more damage on my front bumper and refused to fix it. They didn't even tighten the bolts on my door to my car. The door could've fallen off. The place stinks of marijuana and the office was a disgusting mess."

"Would never EVER go back to this place. What was a minor repair that should’ve taken 3-5 days took 5 weeks. Couldn’t & wouldn’t give a date for completion. No call backs even when requested & promised. Asked 2x for supplemental invoice to be sent via email. Never happened. Went in person to get supplemental and Joey, behind the desk, who promised to send it twice, said you never received it? No, since you never sent it. Car returned, finally, and fit & finish was terrible and bumper didn’t fit properly up against quarter panel at seam. Damage to front bumper, which wasn’t there when car delivered, but no way to prove it. Totally disgusting office. There’s even dust on the plants. IF YOU ARE SMART, stay away from this place. I will not even bother complaining or returning to let them attempt to fix the terrible job,, since it would likely take another month. Worst body shop and body damage repair experience EVER."

"Communications with this body shop are close to non-existant. They can’t be bothered to keep you informed periodically. Mis-matched color of the selectively worked on sections of extensive vandalism. They (not the customer) chose what they repair. What doesn‘t get done is your problem. If you value your vehicle and hard earned money, go elsewhere."
