"Terrible experience. I went for brakes and they held my car hostage and insisted that other repairs were made instead of what I asked for. Kept my car for three days for a service I never asked for to begin with and $1000+ and five minutes later the front driver side lower control arm went through the rim and the wheel came off. We towed the car back to Mr. Tire in the festival of bel air and contacted the store in the morning. The mechanic I spoke to initially refused to accept responsibility for the end result of the “work” that was done to the car. After nearly 30 minutes of back and forth he agreed to pay for a rental so that I could get to work while my car was again left for service. The repairs took 10 days, and 2 weeks later the car is touching the ground again. The mechanic had no regard for the safety of myself or my family. I’m just grateful I wasn’t on the highway going 60 mph when this happened."
