"I am an owner/operator based out of Richmond Virginia. I recently had a oversized load out of the port of Baltimore. As I pulling out I realized I had a flat. I call A 1 and was told it would be about an hour to get to me ( pretty standard) My technician Ryan was out to me within 20. He did a great job in a timely manner and was really helpful with some questions I had. They were fair with their pricing, but most importantly. I needed an accurate scale reading for my permits. He said he had another call to go on, but he would get me to a scale and a safe place to tarp. He said the way my GPS was taking me I couldn't go because of my oversized load. He took the time to get me where I needed to be. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I am broke down in Baltimore again I will absolutely use A 1 again. Thanks again Ryan!!"
