"Truck wouldn't start. Was told to get truck towed there on a Thursday around 2pm. He would look at it Friday. He didn't look at until Monday. Called said it needed a whole new fuel pump and that it would be fine after that. 545 dollars later and my truck is stalling after turning it on. I had trouble leaving the lot. They never offered me to look into it more and fully fix my vehicle. I cannot believe that they were content with letting a vehicle leave the lot like that. That vehicle is supposed to tote around 3 kids but stall while driving.? Very unprofessional.... if I was offered other work I would've paid for it. I wanted my truck back up and running 100 percent not just get it back started... I will not be back now I have to kick out more money for another diagnostic somewhere when my truck should've been completely fixed under the one diagnostic test."

"I take all my cars here for routine maintenance. Last year my old 98 Jeep Wrangler’s brakes went out. I took it to Hawthorne Birite and they fixed the brakes. When I got home I parked the Jeep and it stayed parked until today, 6 months later. It was a nice day, so I decided to take it for a spin. While driving I noticed the brakes were not responding properly. I called the garage and they told me to check the brake fluid and bring them my Jeep. The brake fluid was almost empty, I filled it, and then dropped it off. Around 2 hours later they called and said to come pick it up. To my surprise there was NO charge. The mechanic said he tighten a loose brake line that was leaking and adjusted the rear brakes. The brakes work great now. A few months back I needed some work done on the car I normally drive and they offered to drive me back to my house. This garage is owned by honest people!!"

"Great mechanic, Randy, and good prices. Stays busy but tries to accommodate break downs, flats, etc. Quoted me $460 for timing belt, water pump kit, routine renewal for Solara at 115k miles [ because engine destroys itself if timing belt breaks like most Japanese cars ] My son who heads maint at LG dealership said they get about $1500 for same job."
