"The first and second floor of the main house have been fully redone with new TV'S, new bedrooms,new bathrooms, and a new kitchen but in the second floor bedroom's bathroom need new paint at the top of the wall and a new light The basement level of the main house has been parshly redone but the beds in the bunk bed room has poorly done sheet's with stains and poorly done sheet's on the beds which caused me to sleep on the couch for one night The second house with the theater and gym was almost fully redone with nice looking beds and everything has been maintained very well but the pool area need new paint along with new walls around it because they look filthy Over all my time at memory maker was fun but if these changes would have been made it could be better"

"This house looks beautiful in the pictures but when we got their all five families were shocked. The AC was broken and after calling customer service still was not fixed. The pools were both filthy. Everything in the house was really old and very used. The chairs has upolstery coming out, the toilet was cracked and not bolted to the floor so it revolved, all the bathrooms had cracked pes ans mold The pool room was filled with mold, the sheets on the beds were dirty and need washing, all tgecoutdoor furniture was broken and not usable. I would never come again."
