"Went there with my 4-year-old son. The place was fun but what I thought was a huge downside was I paid over $50 for 2 adults and one child to jump for 1 hour. An adult must be with a child at all times so purchasing a ticket for myself was a waste of money since adults could not jump in the kids area and the kids could not be in the adult area. So I simply watched my child like an adult is expected but I think a warning before I wasted the money for myself to just sit and watch would have been nice."
"I’ve been to the establishment before and my kids had a great time, hence we returned. The second time around we were treated poorly. Upon our arrival we were asked if we needed socks to purchase, I said no, as it was presented as an option. We proceeded to book 90 minutes for my two kids. One hour into it, a particular staff kept on hovering over my older child. I asked what was the issue, he pointed out that he was in the wrong area. I said ok and switched him over. The same young man returned and said my son needed grip socks.I explained to him that we would be leaving shortly and besides they didn’t explain this “rule” to us at the front desk. Apparently he radioed for help and another young man joined the conversation. I explained once again that we would be leaving shortly. During the conversation I realized that there were other persons (white) there without these socks, who were allowed to engage without an issue. I pointed out this fact and nothing was said to them. I was then approached by a third person who identified himself as the “owner” …no name was given. He explained the “rule” once more and at this point in time I felt targeted. When I pointed out the shortcomings in them enforcing their rules for the third time, that’s when the owner spoke to the other parents. He in no uncertain terms asked me to remove my kids from the area. I have no issues with rules and policies, but one should not be excused due to the color of their skin. If it applies for one set of persons, it should apply for all. No matter how much my kids love it there I will never ever go back."
"I've come here with my 2 year old and my 4 year old multiple times. They have kids only jumping during certain hours. Once you pay for a kid to jump, you can jump with them for free. Grip socks are required and are sold for a reasonable price. We always all have a great time, plus it's great exercise. Win-win."
"We’ve been to many trampoline parks and this one was, by far, the cleanest and most money efficient one. It was $20 for two hours and one adult can jump for free! Make sure you bring grippy socks but their socks, which you can buy, were very nice and affordable. Lots of space to jump. There’s a climbing jungle gym thing and a spot for only kiddos under 46”; which is so nice cause my son is 43” but he’s only 4 so he can kinda get bumped into and pushed over, so it was nice there was a spit for littles. The staff were very nice, very friendly and very attentive! (Absolutely loved how attentive the staff was because we’ve been to a few where staff were on their phones…) Safety was high priority and very thankful for that!"
"So much more fun than I even expected. Great place for a birthday party! Besides jumping, there is a foam pit, which is awesome. There are a lot of rules to learn, but I'm happy that they take safety seriously. It is possible for your little one to get away from you into a section that you can't see. So, for example, of you have 2 kids and one is obsessed with Blippi and refuses to leave him, (yes, there is Blippi who jumps, too!) The other kid can travel far enough away that she's behind walls and you can no longer have your eyes on both children. It's easy to wander farther and farther away from mom. So it did happen. I wasn't too afraid that she's get hurt or anything like that until I caught up to her, but what DID cross my mind was there was no security there. There were 3 parties going on at once, so TONS of families. In fact, that's how she got away. She didn't realize how she was inching away, and by the time I got a hold of the screaming/flailing little one, she was out of sight and not hearing me call her. And there are so many parents standing around that it's hard to navigate quickly. In that time, anyone could have walked out the door with her. There was no system to ensure that the same adults took home the same children. I would love some sort of security measure added. For example, all people in the same family come in and get a number on their wristband. When leaving, someone checks that the numbers match before being allowed to exit, if that makes sense. Also, it's a big place. Not an easy fix, but the bathrooms are on the opposite side of the building as the party. So they have all the kids leave the play area to eat. Once in the food room, of course everyone has to go to the bathroom. They have to walk through the play area to go there and back. Surprisingly, this went well for us, but I can imagine that it's not always easy for parents to return to the party room without kids crying to go back to playing. Poor design choice."
