"Waited for about an hour for my food, they told me that someone would deliver it shortly. Called the restaurant to report that the delivery driver delivered the pizza cold and they told me to pick up a new one. Very disappointed with their delivery service."

"I have ordered delivery from this location twice. The first time everything was normal, this time was weird. I ordered the gluten free (ancient grains) crust, it is clearly overcooked to the point of being burnt. Also I was notified once the pizza was being delivered that it was through the “partner” Grubhub. The problem with that is that I gave the tip through the Papa John’s app and I don’t know if the actual driver received the tip $$. Just some odd occurrences, not sure if I would order here again."
