"This person at this office committed FRAUD!!!!!!!! My sister took a document to this person to notarize in order to revoke my medical power of attorney. The problem is my mother was bed bound, was discharged that same day from hospital with C DIff and a brain hemorrhage. SHE was NOT in there in person with her ID or Witnesses to do it and yet that lady Still did it!!! I am pressing charges! SHE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!"
