"Another Reading Business without professionalism and Customer Service. Went in at 5:59 pm to get something notarized. There was someone being taken care of and two staff members. One of them asked me to wait a little bit. Waited for 30 minutes and multiple people that came in after me, received what they needed and left while I waited. Nowhere did it say appointment required so I would imagine that means first come first served. Not in their case though. Will not be returning. I now know why the reviews are so low."

"I waited 5 hours after my 10am appointment to get my taxes done and all they could tell me is they will call me when there ready i understand being a bit behind but if my appointment is at 10am i should not be still waiting for answers at 3pm"

"This is my second time using their services and honestly it was a very pleasant visit. The staff may look serious but they are very friendly. My coworker recommended me this place and I’m glad I listened to her recommendation. The place may be a little small for how much business they have but the service over all out sees that part. I recommend this place to my family members, I’m sure their experience will be just as great as the ones I had."

"If I could give a negative number that would be awesome 1 star is way to much for them . The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The women who answer the phone are disgustingly unprofessional they hang up on you and are the most rude individuals I’ve ever spoke to they definitely portray the hood rat Ratchet chick that city girls get a name for Hispanic city girls at that . Sad i am catigorized under” hispanic”with these women who have no class . Other then them the service is horrible they have no idea what they are doing and the manager Mario could careless about customers it’s sad I gave a place in the city I grew up a chance an took someone there with me who wasn’t from the city and now they left with the bad taste they came in with of my “people” so sad these people have no class and can never make our people or city look good . Please never go there don’t waste you precious time they have no idea what being professional is ."

"I should have listen to the person Who gave this place a 1 star. This honestly is the worst place to do business. I went to do a simple title transfer with another person. I did not sell the vehicle and absolutely “No” money was transferred between any party, But yet was told by Ruben that it’s better to “lie” and say some kind of money was transferred just to avoid extra paper work and questions from the state. Then he suggested to say a number like 1,000. That would make the final price an extra $60 for the transfer. This is one of 4 lies that Mr.Ruben told during the interaction with him. After 2 days of running around because of there system “freezing” all the paper work was still wrong and I lost over $900 because of not being able to work due to not having any legal documents. Unbelievable experience. Please stay away I’m warning you."
