"I needed fingerprints done for a job. I was told by my boss to stop down here Friday afternoon. I was told business closes at 4 pm (Friday before Memorial Day weekend). Little did I know that they closed early but didn't update their hours on Google Maps. It's 2023-this should be the standard at the very least. This way, no customer unnecessarily uses their own time & gas, but no update was posted, and myself and a few other people were very disappointed making the trip and business closed. For future reference, please update your hours if they change. Thank you."

"I needed FBI finger print clearance. Scheduled an appointment quick and easy for the next morning. Went to United Multi Service, 1500 Hampton Blvd to have IndentiGO fingerprint clearance done. I have been here before. Super easy to get here, nice part of Reading, lots of right there parking. The lady performing the fingerprinting is wonderful!! Calm, happy, helpful. I'm happy to give a 5 star review!!"

"Negative and rude staff. Ran by children with no customer service. Arrived at my appointment promptly and was told to wait while two individuals went into another room to have a conversation not work related. (I heard them where I was sitting.) Teach your staff how to be respectful and keep their issues at home especially in the area they work in. My company will no longer be associated with this "LLC""
