"Got a good rate but had no sympathy whatsoever. My sister and I were stuck at the courthouse and she yelled at her on the phone because we needed her to stay a couple extra minutes so my sister could get the car she needed immediately to drive her kids to the doctor and go to work. This lady was extremely rude to us the entire time all because she had to stay an extra 15 minutes to help out a woman who really needed it. So thanks lady for staying that extra 15 minutes that meant oh so much to you. Sorry not everyone has had the same privileges you've had."
