The team does such a great job, and always go above and beyond! Matt is a particular favorite. He really struggled and fought for me on the phone with the insurance company and didn't stop until everything was taken care of. Roy's is the best body shop in Eldersburg without a doubt!"

"Every soul in that office is absolutely wonderful these people went above and beyond way way out of their way to help me out… As a over the road truck driver, owner/operator I had quite a bit going on including a tight schedule to be able to get my truck before I went home for my daughters graduation they treated me as if I was the only customer which obviously was not the case but nevertheless that's how I felt they are quality people doing quality work and I would highly recommend to anybody! Big truck or small car and everything in between these guys are great, oh yeah and they have pretty cool swag hanging up there in they're lobby if you're interested in that kind of thing!!
