"Broken hood release under dash. I did not see them do it but the technician was the only other person in my vehicle. Realized two days after service. Called immediately after realizing and was told I need to speak to a manager. Manager told me to pound sand, wouldn’t even consider the possibility that one of the techs broke the handle. Will not be getting service from them again. Beware lack of care of customer vehicle and dishonest."

"I went to get oil change and asked to check my tires as well because my tire pressure light was on. They said they fixed everything and they told me my battery level was 50% which was weird to me since I changed it last year. Went to a place that I trust to to get my battery checked and everything was PERFECT. Jiffy lub made me waste time and MONEY because I had to pay for the other place to check my batter"

"I went and got an oil change everything went fine. Other then The hood of my car didn’t close properly and a young lady told me they can get it closed for me. Which they did only now the hood doesn’t pop back open the cable from the inside is no longer able to pop the hold when I pull it. The whole front of the car has to come apart now I will no longer be going there"
