"If I could leave NO STARS I would! I do not recommend buying from this dealer. I bought a VW from them three months ago after they agreed to pay for fixing the parking brake and replacing a rear cushion. Haven’t received a penny, they've shown zero interest or initiative in following through despite repeated promises throughout past three months, and just keep giving me the run around. They also didn’t disclose numerous imperfections on the vehicle, costing me thousands. Its been a horrible experience. I’ve contacted a lawyer to assist in invoking the Maryland Lemon Law. Very unfortunate. Don't make my mistake. Stay away from this dealer."
"Purchased this 83 Avanti fromCarfinfers through Marque actions.NEVER AGAIN! Spoke to Courtney prior to bidding(don’t trust his word, fits all bad stereo types of used car salesmen) . Was told they were selling for an ole gent who owned since new. There were 3 boxes of documentation n parts to go with car. Paid a lot for low milage , one owner, documented car! Discription left out damage in fender,a/c was to be fixed-wasn’t ,detailed-wasn’t ,shipped car without the 3 boxes! Took 6 weeks , getting Marque and original owner involved, to get boxes(cortney lied several times re: shipped). After reaching out to original owner I learned car cover and grill bra were to go with car(Carfinder kept) owner told me Carfinder was to broker via auction his beloved car.somewhere between owner who was 80 yrs old, delivering his car to Carfinder, lies reguarding car being sold ,not bringing what hoped,(then car put up for auction) owner ended up with roughly thirty percent of TRUE auctioned price! If buying or selling through this company ,get EVERYTHING in writing! Read other reviews and be warned! Sale wasn’t good experience for me or original owner"
"Purchased a 72 TR6 in an on line auction. Photos of the vehicle were amazing. In the video there was a gauge that was not functioning properly and the narrator said it would be replaced. Upon talking to the POC, Courtney, he said it would be replaced before I pick it up. When I arrived the car didn't look as clean or as good as the photos. The convertible top had holes in the rear frame points. The pictures did not depict any damage. Were the pics doctored?? Guage not replaced, but was told it was on order and would be mailed to me. That was over a month ago and still no gauge, guess Courtney wasn't truthful....again. Drove car home and upon a detailed inspection I found a pretty bad oil leak from valve cover. This was never disclosed. Additionally, the roof fasteners do not stay closed and I almost lost the roof on the way home. It's a decent car, got some work ahead of me, but Courtney is not reliable or trustworthy. If given the opportunity, I'd never purchase a car from his business again. How did the car get so jacked up from the photos to the point of taking delivery??!!!!"
"Purchased a 2005 Porsche Cayenne off "Cars and Bids" from them. It has been one problem after another. First, I had the car shipped to me, arrived dead even though they installed a new battery. Their shop tech apparently didn't do much checking because it was the secondary battery "aftermarket add on" that killed the original and now fried the new one that I had to replace. We shall see if they honor their word on paying for it. Second, their tech also did not put the cap back on the driver side cam sensor valve cover after replacing the valve covers. No big deal, $20 part but it mists oil in the engine bay onto the headers risking an engine fire. Nasty burnt oil smell from the car just driving it 1/4 mile to my garage which is how I found out. Third, took nearly a month to send the title. On top of that it has the lien still stated on the title after its been payed off without a lien release from the lender requiring me to go to the lender to get one. I can't drive it until it gets here. Its been 5 weeks and all I have to show after paying for the car and shipping is a large lawn ornament. I don't know if this is just a comedy of errors but I am not laughing. They may have answered my concerns and apologized for the screw ups but I would not recommend working with them again."
"I purchased a classic car from car finders. They have been pleasant to work with, and seem to have a variety of used cars available. Depending on what you are looking for I say give them a look."
