"This young guy Eben was really rude and has no customer service. Doesn’t great me too busy listening to his music in his AirPods. Knocks down my boxes I was taking in and expected me to pick it up. UPS you really need to show your employees how to satisfy on customer service and also no to be so rube also the AirPods can be usen when not talking to a customer but then again this is my opinion. And also if I bring in orders with labels I like to see them scan it instead of me. Please get back to me soon as possible."

"$4 to print ONE SHEET OF PAPER for an Amazon return!?!? And I thought Bezos/Amazon was the most disgusting Business. The response below cracks me up! No one is buying this subpar response of "uh, expenses, wages, uh..." just stop. You're greedy. own it. don't lie."

"Since I posted the following terrible review, things have really changed! I’m delighted with the service i received from Eugene, who copied my 4 page document, correlated it and stapled each handout! He was as much a gentleman as possible and even offered me a smile. Shows me that sometimes, another chance is warranted! Now I’ll return, just for him. If no stars were possible, that is what they’d get! I had a horrible time getting a document printed, called ahead, yes, they could print it. But when I arrived, she looked at me and said, ‘email it to me’. Standing there, I said, by waving my hand or my magic wand? No, finally she threw me her card with email printed. I went to all the trouble of composing an email but could not send. What is your WiFi? We don’t have WiFi. Gees, girl, how do I email to you? In the mean time a UPS guy comes through with a hand truck. My bag is on the floor in his way. Instead of asking me to move it, he kicks it with his foot! Upon leaving the store, I thought he was trying to run me over! Never again will I ever use UPS!"

"Staff member was short abd rude with customers before me and myself. I had simple questions i figured he'd be able to answer but was greeted with what felt like disdain. Made my transaction today (01/03/2023) at 5:11PM. Was not the female worker. Furthermore, the packages looked like they were NOT handled well. At all. As I watched him toss more than one package behind him relatively carelessly. 10/10 will not be returning to this location. Which is probably something the worker in there will welcome."

"Absolute WORST UPS Store ever. The people working there are never helpful. When you go there, none of the services they advertise for to "help small businesses" are available. Want to print? Printer is broken. Plus, you can't email them a document (you should magically know to put in an order through their website), even though other UPS and Fedex stores ask you to email them documents so they can print them for you. Need something notarized? Their notary may get there at 5:30pm (or they may not), but you can't call to find out, because they never answer their phone. Highly recommend you avoid this location, I don't know why they are even in business."
