"I love Pot Belly but the employees obviously do not at this location. They were rude and uninviting to me and my partner. I asked for light mayo and oil.. My big Italian was completely soaked. A beautiful store diminished by unenthusiastic service. Went on 1/7/24 around 3pm."

"Went in for soup and salad after seeing a movie next door. Soup was delicious (loaded potato) and salad was fresh and made to order! Highly recommend"

"The staff on December 17, 2024 were extremely disinterested in being there much less friendly to their customers.. They all mumbled with scowling faces. The food was okay. The men's room was disgustingly filthy and obviously not cleaned this day. The toilet was backed up and there were no towels. They always seem to be out of diet sodas as well."

"Great sandwich! I was very impressed. The quality and flavor were spot on. The cookie butter shake is otherworldly! The team members were all very nice. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. Can't wait to come back!"
