"I would give ZERO stars if I could....the lady there is NASTY not only on the phone, but in person. She has NO clue. I needed my DD214 notarized as a true copy. I explained to her that the military does NOT mail out a hard copy of this document. It is downloaded as a PDF and printed. She just couldn't track and kept muttering something about her notary license. HELLO, we are in the ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AGE! Almost everything is delivered ELECTRONICALLY. Even my Orders for RETIREMENT were available ONLINE for downloading and printing...NO hard copy was sent to me. She is cluefree...talk about the letter and the spirit of the law...she understands NEITHER!!!! STAY away...she is just one bad headache.... go to a UPS store. They get it and will work with you..."
