Domino's Pizza

"I ordered 2 pizzas, a 2L coke, and the garlic bread bite things. The staff were busy and seemed understaffed while they were working on a number of orders. All was fine and I expected it to take maybe a little longer than normal which is fine. One of the employees boxing the pizzas asked for the name of the order to which I gave my name. From there I proceeded to wait an additional 10-20 minutes before I walked back up and asked about my order. From there it was handed to me after it had been sitting on the ready rack already boxed and tagged as my order. I don’t understand why he even bothered to acknowledge my order and then proceed to box it without letting me know. I understand that they are under staffed but the guy who was boxing my order took my name and just never bothered to let me know. Thanks"

"Service is always great but the concern/reason for this review is proper hygiene/food handling protocol for making the pizza and checking customers out. What I mean by that is the worker today did not have on gloves while making the pizza (not my order), then touched a button, touched my boxed order for pickup, touched the register and then to go back working on the order they were working on prior to me entering the store is not ok. I get the national staff shortage issue affecting businesses but I do not think that should impact basic hygiene standards. Please train and remind your staff of food preparation and handling protocol. TY"

"Ordered pizza multiple times with carry out option and no issues. Delivered on time. But when they have 50% off on regular price items , they called and mentioned out of few vegetables. As a vegetarian, number of options will be less. So they should maintain stock of vegetables to help customers."

"I made an online order, somehow my order had gotten lost or was never seen! I arrived to pickup my food and paid for everything but then I was asked to wait until it was done, I waited and waited! Then after the third of fourth time of me going back in to check on my order, I realized that even with me being there my order was never made until the last time that I had went back in the store to check on it. Once they finally made my order it only took 10 minutes before I received it, my meal ended up being comped and the manager was super apologetic about everything! My cheesy bread was cooked to perfection just how I like it and my Mediterranean sub was on point too! I don’t know if they’re short staffed or not but I feel that the manager was doing his best with what he had in the moment of the store being super busy! I will be returning to give them a second chance! I completely understand that life happens to us and sometimes things happen that are out of our control!"
