Papa Johns Pizza,

"Came for a pickup, and they were ready for me! The moment I walked through the door, maybe I was the only one pending, but they were on it, confirming my name, handing me my order, and getting me on my way. I may have only spent 10 seconds in there. Literally, the fastest service ever with a smile!"

"Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to. Never gets an order completely right. I ordered delivery, and it took nearly 2 hours to get our food. One pizza was wrong. I called to complain, and they told me that they were busy and would essentially get to me. I drove to the store (which negates the point of delivery). The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, but it was half pepperoni for some reason. Instead of making a new pizza, they put new pepperoni on the other half and ran it through the oven again. So they gave me back a pizza with half-burnt pepperoni. Never order from this location! The good quality is awful. The employees don't seem to care. The managers definitely don't. Complete toxic environment and horrible experience everytime."

"This Papa Johns is like a box of chocolates... you never know what you're going to get! It's not the best Papa Johns, but it's still good pizza. Unfortunately, it's the service that is killing their rating. Of our last five orders (all delivery), three were wrong. Each time, the label on the box says "cheese only thin," but each time, that ain't what's in the box. First, it was a regular crust cheese... Okay, that's fine... Then, it was a regular pepperoni... fine... after all, it's the easiest topping to remove. But now, it was regular pepperoni and mushroom... are they even trying?! So this time, we actually called to complain, but after 25 minutes of listening to Papa Johns narration about how great they are, I gave up. (I think I would have cheesy, soft-rock, hold music or ocean sounds.) Until they are able to handle the customer demands, we'll just order from Domino's, instead."

"These are supposed to be cheese sticks, not a slapped out pizza that’s been converted to cheese sticks. I love papa John’s cheese sticks, but apparently this location will only make them correctly when I come to pick them up. I called the manager about them, she said her name was Kay, and she gave me a credit. But before I could ask all my questions, she hung up the phone. Can you find ppl with less attitude to work for your company? Can I have a consistent experience? Geez"

"This place is always friendly and when doing carry out it’s very fast and fresh. Delivery sucks but the carry out option is awesome. Delivery takes over an hour and most of the time it was sticking to top of pizza box. Very military friendly!!"
