"I'm sure some of the employees there are nice, but the ones that worked on the night of 12/18/2023 which were two woman were extremely rude because I came in 3 minutes before they closed. All I had was Amazon returns and everyone knows these are very fast and simple, and the easiest thing for them to do. As s?oon as I walked in I apologized for coming in right before they closed(I'm a restaurant manager and understand it's frustrating but I never ever show that to my guests, I still treat them with utmost respect) but the older of the two ladies ignored me saying that and looked disgusted that I would come in at that time. Even though I came right from work and that's the only time I could make it. Than I had to email them a label to print and the younger one made up a reason why they couldn't do my return by saying the register doesn't work anymore because it was 6:30 even though I'm standing at the register being on and she did my other return just fine and it was still the same time on the clock. If I was the owner of that store I would be appauled by then rejecting customers. I will make suren to never use this ups store again. Completely rude and dishonest employees."

"I've used their email to print capabilities several times in the last month. It's nice not to have to search for an office store since they've all closed in the East York area."

"Disappointed in this location. After I got less than par customer service from a man with a beard. While he talked down to me in condescending tone when I asked questions about printing banners. He then decided and told me he was going to help other customers and not me. I walked out and will take my business somewhere else. Yeah thanks for the awesome customer service! (Sarcastic tone*)"

"Customer service was great. I came in with a detailed job that I needed done. The store was super busy but they took the time to help me get my project finished within minutes and we're still able to handle the store full of customers."
