"As a professional in insurance (I was not when we wrote our home/ auto etc with the agency), I am appalled at how I was treated as a customer. Every person who has ever helped via phone call was always rude. Every single call. Every email request sent it doesn't get a reply (example: needed to cancel homeowners policy and no reply for 3 days, call in about it, no apologies, just irritable tone with me ). It took this agency about 3 months to get our insurance correct. It's a real shame because prior to this agency, I had nothing but great things to say about Nationwide."
