"Will never go here ever again!! In august of 2022 I paid close to 3k insurance in full for only me! That’s fine, I’m not mad about that. A few days after I had paid for my insurance, my boyfriend who lives with me (& already has car insurance elsewhere) came in with me to INQUIRE about what it would cost for him to be added on, we wanted rates for his car, they gave them to us and we had said if we decided to add him on we’d be back in or call. Flash forward…. We never came back in or called back because he decided to stick with his own insurance. What did bubb (specifically ginnie) do? They added him anyways!!! So the money I paid (3k) was used for him and I until November of 2022 when I ran out of that they decided to just cancel my policy, claimed I got something in the mail, which I didn’t. I just found out august of 2023, when I went into get a new insurance card so my car could be inspected, that I haven’t had insurance on my car that I’ve been driving ALL YEAR! And no one thought it was important to call me or anything. HE WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE ADDED!!! They took it upon themselves to add him & waste away my money that I paid for only me!! Oh and then in February they added two people onto my policy WITHOUT ASKING!!! And then wanted to call me about that. I told them take those two people off and also remove my boyfriend because I never heard of those people and he never got insurance with them anyways. THEY NEVER SAID ON THE PHONE MY POLICY WAS CANCELED IN NOVEMBER!!! So I went all year thinking I had car insurance!! Then when I went into bubb today, august 2023 Ginnie states “well you made it sound like you wanted him added on so I did” That’s just not how you do things! You don’t just go ahead and authorize things without someone’s consent when it comes to thousands of dollars!!! So now with all of that being said, I’m most likely going to lose my license for 90 days just because my car insurance lapsed, which I had no idea about, and won’t be able to get registration on my car for 90 days ALL THANKS TO BUBB INSURANCE!!! Don’t go here people!! They just want your money and don’t care what happens to you once they get it!!"
