"I’m rating this a 3/5 because the store is not accurately listed. It is a point location, and you can technically do other things here such as printing and getting supplies. YOU CAN NOT RETURN PACKAGES HERE. So If you have a QR code (which basically everyone does in 2023), you can not return your item."
"The white ups lady that worked there saw me and my mom carrying a tv box and didn’t even bother to open the door while she saw us heading there. The workers inside also saw us struggling to open the door as we were carrying the heavy box and still watched us as we struggle to bring it inside. They don’t have basic manners or just weren’t bothered enough to help us but it was a very unpleasant feeling."
