"IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. The guy that works there is very rude. i came in the store when they opened to pick up my package. I Have my ID on my phone. ( apple wallet ) show him ,this guy tells me i cant use it. So he wouldn't service me. it was only him and i in the store. instead of servicing me , he threatened to call the police. i left the store. Also tried calling the store with a rep from another store & still no luck. just crazyness , still haven't got my package."
"I used this place as a UPS package pickup point. At first, they claimed they couldn't find my package. When they found my package, the manager asked me why I had it delivered for pickup. Then he charged me $45 to pick up my package. When I called UPS, the customer service representative said that the fee should've been between $25-35. he then asked me, "Did you ask why the fee was so high?" as if paying a fee that large to pick up a package is acceptable to begin with. Terrible customer service all around."
"I uploaded documents to be printed and picked up online and paid for them in advance. I got there and was told oh we don’t receive those. So he said email me the sheet and I’ll print it. He then printed the form, notarized it while making several smart comments and then at the end he (Paul) told me oh it’s a $4 charge for computer use. I said I never used a computer? He said well I used it to print out the sheet. Let me get this right? I paid for the printing online, paid for the printing again in person and then paid an extra $4 on a 50 cent order because your system doesn’t work? Paul was extremely rude. I told him to have a great day and was pleasant. He said nothing as I left the store. He huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes throughout the entire transaction. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN."
"Older Asian man is super rude and unprofessional — not befitting of UPS customer service. Talking bad about customers as they leave the store. After my last experience and I’d only use this location unless I had no choice for work but definitely will not be buying anything."
"In June I finished a conference in that hole of a town and this UPS Store was the bright spot. The owner let me borrow a 4-wheel lift and I walked it at least a 1/2-mile away and where picked up about 400lbs worth of catalogs. Half boxed half needing containers. The owner helped me consolidate the number and keep the weights in the right shipping cost category, he also taped my boxes both directions. Eun and his staff were great and I would go back there again for the service received. My experience was excellent and everything arrived in the Midwest safe and sound."
