"I came in on a Saturday to have some very fragile items shipped. Katie was working. I’m not sure there could be a better experience. I watched as she managed kids (giving them crayons and paper to color with) while she dealt with their parents, lots of people dropping off packages, people who had multiple questions, printing labels etc..all while the store was getting ready to close. She was unbelievably efficient, and so so nice. She never once got flustered or irritated. It was truly amazing.
