"This place went above and beyond for me. Went in on a dark Saturday night when my car battery died in the hospital parking lot. Wouldn’t start with a jump and needed to be replaced. They made some suggestions as to who might be able to change it with no luck. Cody had come into the store and saved the day! He came out on a dark, cold, dreary night and replaced my battery. Very professional and courteous. Not one complaint about the cold or having to go out. This place will have my business when I’m in town and need something for my car."

"Family and I traveled from OH to Delaware for vacation to back home and our vehicles died on the side of this auto store 5 1/2 hours from home. Kevin the store rep. Wanted to seem helpful however we later realized sabotaging. He intentionally looked over a alternator that could have been sent the next day and told my husband that he couldn't get one until Tuesday delivered...SMH. This was Saturday night. We ended up ordering one from O'Reily and they showed us the part being available for Kevin to order from this location. Shame on you Kevin...we had five children with us!!!"
