"BEWARE!!! They will charge you for the most ridiculous stuff. A new worker was charging me $300 for copies that was less than 100 pages…… then I had to wait for the manager or whoever to fix the issue while she was already dealing with another issue. I honestly think they do not know what they are doing. I waited 30 minutes and made me late to my work appointment and missed out on money because I had to wait fr people who aren’t trained enough. Oh btw I overheard over customers frustrated about stuff they had to pay and $17 for a box that this ups store charges. They rack up the prices here so I hope you bring all your supplies and do not support this business who is looking to steal more of your money by making up charges for everything."

"Because they took their time to help me with a return that was extremely difficult and they were very knowledgeable on how to help me without any complaints just a smile and a thank you. It was very refreshing attitude!"

"Rushed to get my package out today and arrived at 615pm and as soon as the girl scanned in my package, she told me the driver just left and my package wouldn't be going out until tomorrow at 6:15 PM smh. So, in other words, it was a waste of my time to rush in there. I feel like if you take a package you should ship it out that day. Am I wrong?"

"I have came to this location 3 times to fax something. Each time the Paper prints and says the fax went through successfully but the company I’m sending it to is not getting it. I expressed my concerns stating that he faxes were not working and they basically called me a liar and said they didn’t know. I went to staples, sent the fax and it went right through fort time with no issues. I requested a discount or for the service to be free due to the faxes not going through. The manager on duty was very rude and was rushing me out of the store telling me she had to go because she had other plans. Very poor customer service. I used this store a lot but after this experience I will be using another location. Managers should not argue with customers no matter what and rush them out of the store. I would not recommend going here!"
