"Shipped a box of hand blown glass items. Box made it all the way from nc to Cumberland. It was on the truck for delivery right down the street and the box was mysteriously sent back to the center “for inspection” they claim 18 of the 20+ items were broken so they threw them away. No Proof of damage and refuse to do anything about it. My attorney is taking to small claims court and I’ll never use fed ex again. I am also the corresponding secretary for The American War Mothers, a national, congressionally chartered military organization. We ship thousands of boxes to our troops. We also won’t be using fed ex again."
