At night time mind you when the shift is nearing end and still happily made me a burger even when possibly already cleaned the grills for the night...just a friendly experience soaring high for the customer service!!! "These people can't make a blizzard! I got a turtle blizzard. It was like a milk shake with pecan flavoring. No chunks of chocolate or pecans. Every time I go to this dairy queen it seems they do not know how to make anything. If I had wanted a milkshake, I would have ordered one. The Dairy Queen in la Vale makes them properly. These teens need training."

"My last trip there I ordered three things before they actually had it in stock. When I did get it the ice cream was leaning sideways half way off the cone.My most recent trip was in the Drive-Thru with 1 other car in front of me. I sat there for 5 minutes, instead of having the person pull into the parking lot while preparing their grill order they simply just let the line of cars get longer. Hot food orders should be brought out to the customer if it's going to take more than a few minutes. Nobody should have to wait 5 minutes for 2 blizzards . Unfortunately once you're in the Drive-Thru Lane there is no backing out especially if there are other cars behind you. So you don't even have the choice just to leave"
