"Got screwed on a vehicle inspection. They pulled my truck in for inspection then failed it for tires sticking out past the side of the vehicle. They could have told me that before they pulled it in and I’d still used them for other services but they did an inspection anyway knowing it would not pass. Took my money and lost a customer . Crooks!"

"I have always had a fantastic experience here with all my vehicles. They perform quality work and they are great with keeping you updated as they go. Between engine swaps and other repairs, this is the only place I'll take my vehicles to. Special recognition to Scott, Luke, and Joann. They have always been so pleasant to deal with! Such a friendly demeanor everytime. Go to these guys if you need anything done, they'll do it right!"

"After waiting the hour and a half time (with a 2 yo and a 4yo) frame that was quoted for this service through my insurance the service was delayed. Thankfully I was able to get a ride. After they reported to my insurance that they were indeed at my vehicle I became concerned that it never arrived to my mechanic. I called the business I had to leave my vehicle at, to confirm that my vehicle was still there and that there have not been any tow trucks. I reached out to Bowser Towing LLC twice (now after hours) no one answered the after hours number, or returned messages. After 6 hours of reporting "en route" to my insurance, they too were unable to get a hold of anyone. This is a poorly ran and operated service. My claim was sent, received and processed well before closing."

"They tend to be easier to get you scheduled quickly. Their work is top notch, just don't be shocked at the prices. In my experience, Bowser Tire is usually a bit costlier for the same job done at a different mechanic. I can remember getting work done on an older vehicle and being charged $20 for "paint" to seal the bolts on an already rusted out beater of a car. Not necessary in my opinion. I recommend them, just be prepared to pay"
