"Beautiful park for a party and fishing! Shelters have electricity and access to water pumps, playground was close enough to keep an eye on kids while staying sheltered. Shelters are easy to find and clearly labeled with arrows as you drive through. Some shelters have "bathroom access" it is a well-maintained permanent port-a-potty type bathroom with no running water and sanitizer to use as you leave. Better than the alternative and it was clean. Would definitely use again. Bonus: the grounds keeper came around to offer us trash bags and ask if we needed anything else."

"Grew up in this park and frequent it now with my kids. They love the playgrounds, updated bathrooms. Nice lake, though the fishing has dropped off besides the stocked trout season. Labor festival is always nice each September"
"One of our favorite parks to visit and take a walk through. The trail is nice and easy. There are lots of native plants to look at and talk about and the fishing isn’t too bad either. Nice to visit and just relax in. The play area is nice for kids and there are a couple areas for fathers and cookouts as well."
