"Great people very easy to deal with"
"Changed a trailer tire in less than 10 minutes. Had it changed before we could pay for it. Super fast!"
"I’ve actually referred people to Miller Tire because I’ve always wanted to support local small businesses. Unfortunately that won’t be the case moving forward, when you buy 60,000 mile rated tire and only get 24,000 miles out of the tire that’s a problem. Where they get you on these tire warranties is on the rotation. I was told I should rotate my tires every 5000 miles, I don’t know too many people that do 5000. Nonetheless, they’re either going to tell you that you don’t get them rotated enough, or they’re going to blame the people who rotate them, as if rotating tires is rocket science. I’m on my way to another small business tire shop in Butler, and I can only hope they stand behind what they sell. After taking my vehicle there this morning to check the alignment, I was amazed that they didn’t even look at the tires while I was there. My most recent tire rotation was 6000 miles ago at a car dealership and they said nothing about any cupping on the tires. I can’t imagine a car dealership wouldn’t have tried to sell me a set of tires if there was even the slightest bit of cupping. It is what it is, and I’m not going to attack anyone personally because I believe they’re decent people. I’m in sales and I realize dealing with warranty is a pain in the neck with a manufacturer, but clearly there is a manufacturing issue on these tires. Good luck to Miller tire, I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"Having grown up working in my dad’s auto shop that provided collision and mechanical service, I am often frustrated by shops that do not value the customer and try to mislead you to get extra sales and/or have employees that are uninterested in you as a customer and, worse, are just plain rude. As a first time customer, I found doing business with Miller Tire was a great positive experience and worth the drive to Saxonburg! Very well run shop! Excellent service. Fair/reasonable market prices. Excellent inventory (not what you would expect for small country shop). Professional, friendly staff - office & shop alike. Personal touch of family run business. I was looking for nice alloy wheels and tire combos for a boat trailer. Unlike many other shops, Miller Tire had several spoke wheel options in stock! They went out of their way to show me what they had in inventory, provide valuable input, and assembled exact what I was looking for. While there, they also fixed my F-150 tire pressure sensors. At the time of writing this review, it is mid-August. I had one sensor replaced in January at Goodyear. By May, another one was dead but Goodyear had neglected to read them and advise me. Miller read all 4 and found I had a third that was about ready to die so I got both taken care of, thus saving me the time and hassle of having to get yet another changed in a couple of months. Denise and her daughter, the owners, even befriended my dog and gave her treats. Points in my book! I’ll be a future customer."
"As a long time customer, and Strong Advocate for this place, I just had the worst experience. I've recommended them to all of my family and friends and now regret it. The owner was very unprofessional. I went here to get my Serpentine belt, fair price. But after paying the $50, 20 minutes later, I was on the side of the road, Overheated engine, and no belt. They broke my Idle Pulley. The old belt was 100% working before, everything worked amazingly. Denise said it wa s"My Fault" For "Buying a bad belt" Denyse, the Owner, Screamed and yelled at me, telling me they "Test Drove" it. But they didn't. I own a Dash cam and have all of the needed Evidence. They drove it back into the parking spot. She claimed, "A Car cant drive without a belt" Which anyone who knows cars knows that's a lie. A car can drive 5-10 minutes without a belt, pumping coolant into the engine, Plus charging the Alternator, etc. I had dash cam footage to disprove her, she obviously didn't follow the "Test drive" Protocol, and I called her out on it. I highly recommend if you have something as simple as a "Belt Change" and you need it done, just go to a smaller, more reliable place that offers warranty on their work. Millers given me a $500+ replacement for such a simple task. Message to Owner: Thanks very much Denise. You were very unprofessional, and Very Very rude. You need to learn to maintain your composure when conversating with clients, and overall be a more understanding person. Dont yell, cuss, and talk badly towards the customer. I was very understanding, and you lost your mind. Do Better. See a Therapist. Calm Down."
