When was the the last time you went in for a simple oil change and someone actually seemed genuinely happy to help you? For me, this was yesterday. Not only did I immediately get a good feeling about the service being performed on my car, but he then let me know about a coupon online to help me out. I was only waiting for a couple minutes before my vehicle was taken into the garage and worked on. Before I knew it, Mike was letting me know that my tires have been rotated and my oil was changed.
