"Went to return an item that wasn’t working as it should. It was 6pm. The man at the register refuses to give me a refund even though I had my receipt and the item was in working condition. He wanted to give me a gift card because it wasn’t purchased at that location.. i told him I didn’t want a gift card and the location shouldn’t matter. I paid cash. He told me he didn’t have $45 in the register to give me a refund. Personally I think the person didn’t want to deal with me because of other reasons, such as the skin color of the person I was with. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use the place in you are pale skinned."

"The gentleman at the desk was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I found what I wanted, in no small part thanks to his help. Very refreshing experience, especially after dealing with some of the worst staff at another car parts store nearby earlier. I wouldn't tell you where not to go, but I will tell you that this place is definitely a good choice."
