"I have had my car here twice and both times they took good care of my car. I had a rebuilt transmission. I drive for rideshare companies and it puts a lot of wear and tear on the car. Jim took care of ensuring my warranty covered my repairs. I got my car back in a timely fashion. However I will say this...watch out for carshield. They don't tell you that when it comes to replacing your part that they offer a used part first if one can be found. If a used part can't be found then and only then you will be given a new part.
